Right now, "Verified" means a moderator read what an applicant wrote and vouched for it - nothing here is independently verified, no real documents are collected, and no real-world fiat moves through this app. Do not treat a badge here as a real compliance guarantee.
Applying costs a flat 25 CCT fee, charged when the application confirms.
